Thank you for your interest in participating in our market. Market on the Meadows is a part of Kendon Massey Enterprises, LLC and is a founding member of the Vintage Market Nation group. The purpose and mission of Market on the Meadows is to provide a premiere outlet for vendors of vintage, repurposed, antique, and similar products to sell their goods and for consumers to find novel, treasured, and rare finds. Market on the Meadows is located in central Oklahoma in Pottawatomi County. It is easy to find near I-40 and State Highway 102.
We are looking for vendors to include:
Sufficient space for hundreds of vendors and thousands of shoppers.

Extensive marketing efforts provided to enhance attendance of shoppers.
Directory listing and promotion of vendors on website and social media within 30 days of event.

All show applications need to be submitted by the deadline to be considered.
Spring: April 26 & 27 (Application due by March 15, 2019. Applications after March 15, 2019 will incur a late fee of $15.00)
Fall: September 27 & 28 (Application due by August 15, 2019. Applications after August 15, 2019 will incur a late fee of $15.00)
This is a juried market, which means that after receiving the application, we will review them and choose the best fits for the market. We will contact you shortly after receipt and review of your application to let you know if it has been accepted. 2-6 photos are required as a part of the acceptance process. Photos should be of past displays (or displays made specifically for this application) representing your style and what you would intend to sell at Market. They will also be used as part of the promotion of the show if application is accepted.
All vendors must be in compliance with state and federal laws.
